refresher course, or have been surfing for years and would
like to challenge yourself further, we run courses for all
ages and abilities from a half day to five days.
We're totally flexible and can set up a course to fit your
holiday in Cornwall. Just

The courses
are designed to be informative, challenging & fun, but most
importantly, safe. We guarantee that for however long you
are with us you'll get a fresh, exhilarating experience that
will not be forgotten!
 One
to One private Coaching - £30.00 per hour, Deposit -

BEGINNERS COURSE
The program focuses on teaching the skills of surfing and
how to handle yourself and yoursurfboard in the ocean.
We have a stack of fun on the way. You can do one lesson or
10 it is up to you as everyone is different. You can do
group lessons or private lessons or both. Our instructors
are there to help you learn and provide advice on all
questions related to surfing. As instructors we love our
jobs. We hope that you will love surfing as much as we do.

- Surf Safety
- Surf Awareness
- Basic board handling and manoeuvring
- Paddling
- Positioning on the board for trimming
- Push up position
- Stand up technique
- Catching and riding waves
- Basic Learn to Surf information
